Practical Chinese aims at improving your daily life Chinese. It includes three levels: Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced.

Beginner Course starts with pinyin and tones, which show the pronunciation of the characters. And aim to enable students to use and understand simple communication in daily life, such as: greetings, self introduction, shopping, bargaining, taking public transportation, making appointments, ordering food, seeing the doctor, booking tickets, renting an apartment etc.After the Beginner Course you will learn more than 1000 words, 200 sentences, and 130 grammar points and gain a solid foundation in Mandarin and understanding Chinese culture.

Intermediate Course is suitable for students who have completed the Beginner course or those that possess a vocabulary of approximately 1000 words. The contents of each lesson focus on more detail life in China, you will get more topics could talk with you friends and colleagues. Such as living in, working in, or sightseeing within China. All of the texts are composed of dialogue using conversational Chinese from everyday situations. Therefore Intermediate level students should find each lesson both practical and interesting.  During 150 hours of Intermediate mandarin study, more than 1500 words and 700 sentences, as well as 450 grammar points will be learned.

Advanced Course develops our student’s fluency and vocabulary further to carry on a conversation in both business and social situations. At the advanced level, students progress at it’s own pace. You can move into different areas of advanced Chinese such as Business, Tourism, Literature, Culture, History etc.Grammar and correct sentence structure are emphasized in addition to students having opportunities to give presentations in Mandarin.
